Marcus Seiden
Owner/ President
Marcus is a seasoned consumer packaged goods executive with 20+ years of experience in various roles and categories. He has extensive experience in beverage (Diageo PLC) and natural foods (EVOL, Sunkist Snacks, Peatos, FreshRealm), and has served in Business Development, General Manager and Chief Marketing Officer roles. His well rounded background in entrepreneurial and Fortune 500 organizations gives him a unique perspective as he leads the Natural Source Sales team bringing our trusted brand partners to market. Marcus lives in San Juan Capistrano, CA with his wife and two sons.

Greg Arz
Founder
Greg Arz is an industry veteran of 30+ years with impressive sales and management contributions to Kraft/Oscar Mayer for 17 years. Greg then accelerated Gardenburger from niche to mainstream in foodservice and was a Regional Manager with J&J Snacks & Rich Products. Greg resides in Davis, CA.

Heather Federman has 20+ years of foodservice sales success in Southern California, working directly with manufacturers, distributors, chains, business and industry accounts, vending and more. Heather feels honored each day that she is able to represent reputable manufacturers who care about more healthful food options, our environment and the people behind these foods who contribute to their fair production.

Maryann Alonso is native to Arizona and comes from a background of family-owned restaurants, such as “The Wild Cat Inn”, on the campus of University of Arizona in Tucson, and the popular chain “Orange Julius”. With over 15 years of outside sales and customer service, she is excited to represent a line of Natural and Organic foods and beverages. Maryann practices a healthy lifestyle with exercise and is always trying new healthy recipes. She resides in Gilbert, Arizona.

Tom Allenby
Regional Account Manager Northwest
Tom is a fourth-generation food service professional. Since 1982 he has been in every aspect of the Food Service Business, from Farmer to Manufacturer, Operator to Distributor, Broker Sales Management to Concept Creation.
He has proven sales successes in every aspect of the business. Including C&U, B&I, chain accounts, healthcare, convenience, grab n go, K-12, and packaging.
Tom is married to a lovely Chinese Cook who works at Portland Community College. Tom has 4 grown children and 1 Granddaughter who is a joy.
Tom’s knowledge and experience have allowed him to create a tremendous network of friends and colleagues whom he looks forward to engaging with in his position with Natural Source Sales.

Tim Stein, MPS, RD

Tim Stein is a life-long foodservice industry veteran, with 30+ years of operations, sales and consulting experience. He has worked in key leadership positions for several hospitality management, education, and business consulting organizations. Tim maintains his credentials as a registered dietitian and has long been an advocate and promoter of clean-label food products. Having raised three kids in Colorado, Tim now enjoys the empty nest life with his wife where they participate in many outdoor activities, cooking, gardening, and imbibing on local food and craft beer.

Chef Andy Elf
Corporate Chef
Andrew C Elf (Chef Andy) is a regionally and nationally recognized award-winning chef, high-level sales and marketing expert with over 30 years of experience in the Pacific Northwest market.
Chef Andy has cultivated long-lasting relationships with regional chains, colleges universities, healthcare/hospitals, business and industry accounts, coffee chains and all regional major and independent food distributors.
Chef A brings a unique blend of sales and marketing experience from street sales, broker sales, and manufacturing sales to a deep culinary background, including a Classical French training degree, owning a 5-star restaurant, a 350-unit chain corporate chef developer, and a Cruise ship Garde Manger Chef.
Along with measurable business results, Chef Andy is the Founder of the New Day Café, a culinary life skills training program for women in transition from homelessness, domestic violence and prison release, successfully preparing them for work in the Culinary field.

Ellen Lynch
Captain of Multitasking
Ellen is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with experience consulting in the fields of education and behavior change. She brings a wide set of skills from working with organizations to train staff, improve systems, and build efficiency. Ellen has a love for natural foods and has been working with Natural Source Sales since 2019. Ellen resides in Southern Oregon with her husband and 2 children and enjoys cooking, reading, and gardening.
